If you wish to return an item, please follow our Returns Procedure.
You must notify Pazuki at email@example.com to inform us that you intend to return your goods.
All items must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition with original garment tags still attached, 14 days after receipt. Pazuki will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or have garment tags removed. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer.
Please note that you are responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning items. Pazuki will not offer a refund on returned items which are lost or damaged in the post. We strongly recommend that items are returned using registered post and that you keep your proof of posting certificate.
If you wish to receive a refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus postage costs.
Pazuki will only reimburse postage costs in the case of faulty or damaged goods or if an incorrect item has been supplied. Once the item has been approved for returning, we will credit the original purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus postage costs.

Please Note: Refunds can take up to 28 days to process.
We will attempt to fulfil orders within a few days - subject to payment and stock availability. If any items are out of stock, we will advise you as soon as possible. Postage and packing charges are as follows:
£3.95 to the UK mainland, sent first class recorded, any orders over £100 will be sent special delivery
We only deliver to the UK mainland and Europe for any orders to be delivered outside of these areas please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
We must be informed of parcels not arriving as soon as possible, for the UK it must be within 16 working days of the order date. For international destinations we must be informed within 35 days. Failure to do this can affect our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund due. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after 16 working days in the UK or 35 working days for international parcels, and only if the parcel is deemed to be lost in transit by the Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
